2002 International Conference on Simulation
of Semiconductor Processes and Devices (SISPAD2002) will be held on September
4-6, 2002 at International Conference Center Kobe, Kobe, Japan
Registration Information
All who wish to attend the SISPAD2002
should complete the enclosed registration form and send it to the Secretariat.
Advance registration deadline is August 9, 2002. On-site registration is also
possible but more expensive.
Registration Fee: Registration
fee covers the conference attendance, a copy of the proceedings, reception and
coffee breaks.

Cancellation: If written notice of cancellation reaches the Secretariat
on or before August 20, cancellation fee, 5,000yen will be deducted before refunding the fee.
