The workshop will be held in modern conference facilities close to the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the University of Glasgow, within walking distance of the City Centre and a range of hotel accomodation. Glasgow is well served by rail links from the rest of the United Kingdom, and is the site of Scotland's premier International Airport.

The conference sessions will be held in the James Arnott Theatre in the University's recently redeveloped Gilmorehill Centre for theatre, film and television. The Centre is located within a Norman Gothic style church which dates from 1877 and provides the latest facilities for audio-visual presentation.

The 'B' listed Victorian Building has been converted to house the 230 seat theatre, a 140 seat cinema, rehearsal rooms and various office and meeting spaces. Flexible conference spaces, allowing a variety of seating and staging configurations, combined with audio-visual equipment make the Centre ideal for conferences.
