Rooms have been reserved in several hotels in the area around the University. Below is a list of the hotels, and the nightly rates (in UK pounds) arranged for conference delegates.

The number of rooms available in the Argyll Hotel and Hillhead Hotel is limited, and they will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

A very limited number of rooms are available in the University's Kelvinhaugh Gate student flats, and these will be restricted to students only, to aid in reducing the costs for students travelling to the workshop. These will be priced at £35 per night.

Booking and payment for the above hotels must be made through the University of Glasgow's Conference and Visitors Services using the Registration and Hotel Reservation Form.
